You will need a personal computer, an AOL account (it is free), high speed internet and your own private phone line. You must be willing to put in a lot of time pulling calls and promoting yourself, which in the phone sex industry is known as "Trolling". This does not mean just spending time sitting by the phone.

When we hire someone, we invest a lot of time training them. We teach them how to do everything that they need to do to be successful, but success depends on your willingness to put in the time and effort required. We do some companyadvertising and promotions, but our operators also play an active role in getting the phone calls. Trolling phone sex jobs generally pay more, hence we pay our operators up to 65% commission per call. Pay can be discussed further during a telephone interview.
